There’s nothing quite like a runner’s hunger. And it’s a short distance from “rungry” to “hangry,” so I’m always adding new recipes into rotation. The only stipulation? They’ve gotta be easy!

Here are a few of my favorites; most are healthy, with the inclusion of several sweet-tooth-induced treats. Because, hey, sometimes you just gotta live a little (in moderation, of course).
