And to jump-start your new routine, here’s a sample TurboCharged recipe to help retrain your body to source energy from your body fat (and fat from your diet), along with the natural sugars ingested from fruits and vegetables:
TurboCharged Variety Dressing
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp grated onion
- 2 Tbsps minced parsley
- 2 tsps chopped green pepper
- Dash cayenne
- Place all ingredients in a jar and shake together vigorously until thoroughly blended.
- Pour over a chopped salad or toss with cut veggies for a tangy treat!
