Fill your cookie jar with a sweet treat that does double-duty: plenty of chips for chocolate lovers, plus oatmeal for those who want to get their fill of whole-grain fiber.

- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until edges start to slightly brown and center is set.
I know it’s a no-no, but it’s hard to resist a taste of cookie dough…
It’s a good thing that the finished product is just as delicious!
Ohhhh those look so good!

They taste even better! I can never resist sampling the dough as I bake (best part), and that’s pretty good, too!

I love chocolate chip oatmeal cookies! And don’t feel bad, I always eat a ton of the dough and I haven’t died yet! (although that would be a pretty crazy way to die! I guess if you’re going to die you should at least be doing something you love, like eating cookie dough!)

Exactly; it wouldn’t be a bad way to go at all!
